Indianapolis, IN - January 13, 2006 - Peerless Pump Co. today announced the launch of their newly enhanced website (www.peerlesspump.com), designed to allow for a much faster and user-friendly experience. "We have given the site a much more modern look, making it content-rich and robust with dynamic features that will allow users to locate and access any information they need very quickly," said Wes Weber, Peerless Webmaster.
The newly designed site also will allow existing customers a direct link to the company's extranet and online product configurator, as well allowing new customers to view product literature, technical bulletins and case studies. "It is our goal to make everything our customers may desire available at any time twenty-four hours per day, seven-days-a- week. This will be in addition to our fully staffed Inside Sales, Customer Service and Parts Departments," said Fred Bock, Peerless Marketing Manager.
More Enhancements are in the Works
Peerless also plans to add services such as online order tracking as well as online training classes and customer talk forums. These will be in addition to the Sales Representative finder and online question sections that are already on the site.
